I appreciate how Carol always listens and takes any concerns I have seriously and works with me to figure ways to fix what is going on as well as she explains how everything works. Most others just tell you how it is; and what you should be on but carol actually cares and works with you to make things better for you and anyone around you. I am thankful to have someone who will sit and tell me the ups and downs to what I might need and how they might be able to help me.
Lately my experience when having to interact with people working in offices hasn’t been a pleasant one. Finally I found a place where the entire staff is amazing. The girl at the front desk was fantastic. So polite and friendly! She’s amazing. The NP is fantastic. She takes the time to listen to you. She’s very understanding and compassionate. I loved the office decor as well. Great place.
